SAE 100R6 Hydraulic Hose for tight routing purposes
SAE 100R6 textile braided hydraulic hose does great job in low pressure conditions, especially where tight routing is urgently required. Black nitrile tube is quite compatible with petroleum base hydraulic fluids with temperature range from -40 to 100°C. Neoprene cover protects the inside parts from degradation from ozone, weather, oil and abrasion. Fiber reinforcement gives great flexibility to low pressure hydraulic hoses and suits narrow working spaces.

Tube: black Nitrile;
Reinforcement: one braid aramid fiber;
Cover: black Neoprene (CR);
Max working pressure: 400 psi (at 3/16 I.D.)
Working temperature: -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C);
Inside diameter: 3/16" to 3/4";
Safety Factor: 4:1;
Pressure Grade: Low pressure.
Applications:
Low working pressure conditions including return & suction lines, power steering return hoses, lube lines and air lines without brake applications.
Remark: standard SAE 100R6 hose or special textile braid hose with similar or better performance can be manufactured.
